Job Description
 
Responsible for calls and couriers. Handling the front desk, guiding the Walk-ins. Responsible for all the Admin activities. Handling and controlling the Housekeeping and Security departments. Supporting the HR Department in doing their back end process. Travel and Vendor management. Responsible for managing day-to- day front desk operations. Handling mails / couriers. Taking and forwarding messages to respective people. Keeping track of people going out and coming in the office.
