Job Description
To achieve the Revenue and Profit targets for the store. To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations. To control shrinkage. Implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed the budget. Effective Store Operations and Performance. Handling of Government / Official Visits. Custodian of Store Assets. Petty cash management. To lead and motivate store team to increase sales and efficiency by providing greater product knowledge. To ensure that all prescribed customer service standards are adhered to by the store team.
