Job Description
Physical certification of cars and updating certification details in MFCW system (Online certification). Ensuring smooth settlement of warranty claims, linkage between workshop and dealer for refurbishment. Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction through quality of certification. Managing locations for SMS blast and other web / SMS based promotional activities. Calling of HOT customers in the pipeline. Basic computer knowledge especially on MS-office. Must have valid driving license.
