Job Description
Graduate Retail Trainees (GRT) will be trained and coached across function to become Store Managers (Retail Outlet). GRT will get on the job training in Retail Outlet - More. (Aditya Birla Retail). Opportunity to groom yourself into Store Managers with P&L responsibility. Deserving candidates will also have an opportunity for company sponcered MBA program after completion of 1 year training. GRT will be responsible for Sales, Customer Service and adherence to operational processes. Job location includes: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ernakulam / Kochi/ Cochin, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Mangalore, Pune.
